There are four colour choices for the powder coated steel for the Milano C20 Plus Spiral Staircase – White, Light Grey, Black and Dark Grey/Bronze and the brushed solid beech treads and segmented beech handrail are available in the following colour treatments – Oak, Walnut, Stone and Wenge. Matching accessories: balustrading for the stairwell and riserbars to fit between the treads.

And all of this is delivered to your door in carefully manufactured components ready for straight forward installation by any competent DIYer or tradesperson. (Installation instructions are included!) Perfect for selfbuild projects.
The Milano C20Plus Spiral Staircase with the 1500mm diameter complies with the requirements for Category A Secondary Staircase in the BS5395 Part 2 regulations. The addition of the riserbars to fit between the open treads ensures compliance with the UK Building Regulations 100mm gap rule. You can find more details about the riserbars here.

N.B. This staircase is carefully designed and manufactured in Italy and is a certified product CE European Technical Approval – ETA. However, European staircase regulations differ from those in the UK, in particular about the maximum tread rise.
